which is better or ruggeri Stradivarius violin?

The ruggeri violin is much older than a strad. They were made in the 16th century but why Stradivarius (made in the 17th century) violin more popular than a ruggeri?

Simply because the instrument is older, does not mean it is better. Stradivari himself had a golden era of violin production when he made what is considered his best instrument. He is also only a member of the Cremona group of luthiers. The most notable other family members Guaneri (del Gesu). Ruggeri believes that an amateur Amati, but his instrument has never reached the sophistication of either or Guaneri Stradivari and even the time they were made only sold for half of their instruments.
